We are currently working with a well-established architectural practice that is looking to appoint an Architect to join their growing team in Chorley. This is an excellent opportunity to work on complex, meaningful schemes that have a real impact on communities.

The Role:

• Lead and support the design and delivery of healthcare projects across all RIBA stages
• Produce and coordinate design and technical information
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and clinical stakeholders
• Attend and lead client meetings, workshops, and site visits
• Contribute to the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Experience working on healthcare projects (desirable but not essential)
• Strong understanding of RIBA stages and project delivery
• Proficiency in Revit
• Good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and technical detailing
• Strong communication and client-facing skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Access to own vehicle
