The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience teaching in Early Years (Reception)
• Excellent understanding of the EYFS Framework and early learning goals
• Passionate about creating a warm, engaging classroom environment
• Strong behaviour management and classroom organisation skills
• Collaborative and open to working closely with colleagues and support staff
• Positive, proactive, and flexible with a good sense of humour

Qualifications Required:

• QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
• Experience teaching in Primary Schools, ideally within EYFS
• A strong commitment to early childhood education and development
• Adaptable teaching style to support a range of learning needs
• Ability to inspire, motivate and nurture young learners
