Role OverviewWe are looking for an organised and proactive Recruitment Consultant to support our recruitment operation through candidate sourcing and payroll administration only. This role does not involve business development or client sales and is ideal for someone who enjoys candidate engagement, compliance, and process-driven work. You will play a key role in building and maintaining candidate pipelines while ensuring accurate and timely payroll for temporary and contract workers.Key ResponsibilitiesCandidate Sourcing and EngagementProactively source candidates using job boards, CV databases, referrals, and social mediaScreen and register candidates, including eligibility-to-work checks and compliance documentsConduct initial telephone interviews to assess suitability and availabilityBuild and maintain talent pools aligned to current and future requirementsKeep candidate records accurate and up to date on the CRM/ATSMaintain regular contact with candidates to manage availability and placementsPayroll AdministrationProcess weekly payroll for temporary and contract workers accurately and on timeLiaise with candidates to resolve payroll queries efficientlyEnsure compliance with payroll legislation, including PAYE, holiday pay, and statutory requirementsMaintain accurate payroll records and reportsSkills and Experience RequiredPrevious experience in recruitment resourcing, candidate delivery, or payroll administration (preferred)Strong attention to detail and high level of ac
