ROLE: Production Operative

LOCATION: Wellingbrorough

HOURS OF WORK: 6am - 2:30pm Mon - Thu / 6am - 12:30 Fri

BASIC SALARY: -13.50 rising to -14.00 after 12 weeks

ADDITIONAL BENEFITS: 28 days holiday, pension, temp to perm opportunities, free tea/coffee/water dispensers, early finish on Fridays

Company Profile

Our client that we have supported for over 20 years are currently seeking Production operatives to join their organisation based in Wellingborough on a temporary to permanent basis. You''ll be working for a well-established manufacturing business with over 70 years of existence supplying the automotive sector.

Your duties will involve Pressing/welding/spraying and lifting mechanical parts to meet planned volumes and targets in accordance with safety and quality standards. Excellent ongoing training and support will be provided throughout.

In this Production operative role, your duties will involve:

• Assembly work
• Operating an auto welder (training provided)
• Operating a press machine (training provided)
• Packing finished products
• Factory hygiene duties
• Manual Labour

To be successful as a Production operative you must:

• Be physically dexterous and have the ability to work quickly, accurately and safely
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a desire to work in line with the company values
• Have outstanding attendance
