Plumber Multi Trader Night Shift Location: Covering South East London Salary: 48,000 per annum + Company Van and Fuel CardOverviewWe are currently seeking an experienced plumber multi trader to join a well-established reactive maintenance team, carrying out day-to-day repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across North London areas. Job Overview and ScheduleShift Times: 6:00 PM to 4:00 AMRota Pattern: 4 days on and 2 days off rolling schedule, including weekends and public holidays Key ResponsibilitiesCarrying out a range of plumbing repairs and maintenance works within occupied residential properties.Diagnosing and repairing faults on domestic plumbing systems including taps, toilets, showers, sinks, pipework and drainage systems.Completing plumbing installations and replacements as required.Undertaking additional multi-trade duties including:Basic carpentryBasic electrical work (like-for-like)Small area tilingPatch plasteringDiagnosing faults and resolving maintenance issues efficiently and effectively.Ensuring all work is completed safely, professionally and to a high standard.Delivering excellent customer service while working within residents'' homes.Managing your own workload and completing jobs within agreed timescales.Taking ownership of jobs from first visit through to completion.We''re Looking For People Who:Take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship.Deliver excellent customer service at all times.Complete jobs right first ..... full job details .....
