Are you a Mechanical Engineer, Building Services Engineer or Mechanical Design Engineer looking for a long-term role where you can lead projects end-to-end, gain chartership support and develop your career within a stable, well-established organisation?

On offer is a permanent position within a multidisciplinary property and facilities team, where you''ll take ownership of mechanical building services projects from design through to completion, supported by an internal learning & development function.

You''ll be joining a friendly, flexible, non-corporate team environment with a strong and consistent pipeline of work, delivering projects primarily within the public sector alongside a growing private portfolio.

In this role you will lead the design and delivery of mechanical services, producing drawings, specifications and tender documentation, managing contracts, coordinating stakeholders, and promoting renewable and sustainable building technologies.

This role would suit a Mechanical Engineer with UK project experience looking for autonomy, long-term progression and funded professional development.

The Role:

• Lead design and delivery of mechanical building services projects
• Produce estimates, drawings, specs and tender documentation
• Full contract administration from inception to completion
• Hybrid working (typically 2-3 days office based) with site visits as required

The Person:

• Mechanical Building Services / Mechanical Engineering background with UK project delivery experience
• CSCS and full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working autonomously and liaising with stakeholders
