We are looking for a Repairs and Voids Inspector to join our newly formed Small Works Team, and to be responsible for the inspection, specification, and ordering of repairs identified requiring technical knowledge to ensure a long-lasting repair solution is provided. The inspections you complete should consider the impact of the repairs required on our customers experience of living within their home, and you are expected to proactively communicate with customers, ensuring they are aware of the next steps following your inspection and what to expect.
