Responsibilities and duties of the Field Engineer role
As a Field Engineer, you will:

• Perform installation and commissioning for electrical and power systems, including UPS, energy storage and critical power solutions.
• Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across customer sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues to support customer satisfaction and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored technical solutions.
• Maintain compliance with all relevant safety and quality standards.
• Consistently work to meet and exceed agreed performance benchmarks.

Professional qualifications We are looking for someone with the following qualifications and experience:



- A strong background in electrical or electronic engineering.



- An engineering education in Electrical Engineering.



- Proven experience in field service, critical power or data centre environments.



- Hands-on expertise in UPS systems, power electronics or similar technologies.



- Strong diagnostic and technical problem-solving capability.



- Excellent communication and customer service skills.



- A valid driver''s licence.
