Working in partnership with local authorities, parents, tutors, and teachers, they coordinate tailored learning support for children with a range of complex needs.They are seeking a Customer Services Coordinator to join their close-knit team. Acting as a central hub for learner onboarding and ongoing case coordination, this role combines customer service, administration, and stakeholder management.
