Maintenance Engineer Location: Wretham, Norfolk (with opportunities to support other UK sites) Salary: Up to 50,300 + Benefits + Annual Pay Reviews Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent Shift Pattern: 4 on / 4 off (12-hour shifts) with an excellent work-life balance, including 2 consecutive weeks off every 8 weeks. The Opportunity An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Maintenance Engineer to join a growing industrial manufacturing business at its Wretham site. This is a hands-on role supporting the maintenance and reliability of a busy production facility, ensuring equipment and plant remain safe, efficient and operational. Working closely with production teams and site management, you''ll take ownership of planned and reactive maintenance while driving continuous improvement across the site. The business is continuing to invest in its operations, with plans to expand and open additional sites before the end of the year. Key Responsibilities Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) in line with maintenance schedules. Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic and pneumatic faults. Respond quickly to plant breakdowns, minimising downtime and maintaining production. Develop and improve maintenance plans and preventative maintenance strategies.
