Coordinator

Salary: Up to £28,000 dependant on experience
Location: Havant, Hampshire
Hours: Monday to Friday, between 9am and 6pm

This is a varied role where you''ll become the main point of contact for a portfolio of customers, coordinating service visits, supporting engineers, preparing quotations, and ensuring a smooth customer journey from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers, building strong and lasting relationships.
• Act as the first point of contact for service enquiries via phone and email.
• Coordinate engineer schedules and book service and remedial works.
• Prepare accurate quotations for service contracts, renewals and additional works.
• Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services where appropriate.
• Process purchase orders and order parts from suppliers.
• Maintain accurate customer and contract information within the CRM system.
• Produce daily and weekly reports to support the service team.
• Provide administrative support, including preparing service documentation and customer paperwork.
• Work closely with internal departments to ensure an excellent customer experience.

What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience in a customer service, service coordination or administration role.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident building relationships with customers, suppliers and colleagues.
• Good attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
• A positive, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
