Our front of house staff have 20 years of customer care experience within veterinary medicine. They are confident and capable in all situations and this diverse group is enjoying growing together with regular in house and external CPD. The team is committed to developing their knowledge and skills with 2 receptionists converting to VCA''s, our HRVN studying towards a radiology certificate, and one of our vets pursuing a certificate in small animal dentistry.We pride ourselves on offering our colleagues a happy, fun and supportive working environment as well as providing the best standard of care to pets and clients.We''re looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon ready to take the next step in their career as a Clinical Lead paying up to £70,000 + £5,000 welcome/relocation bonus. Full or part time hours can be considered, and we can offer flexible working with 1:4 Saturdays on a rota basis. Previous experience as a Clinical Lead is not necessary but you must be experienced in all aspects of small animal first opinion practice and confident in routine surgical and medical cases. An applicant with a keen interest in surgery or in developing their surgical skills would be highly desirable
