This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with experience in catering, hospitality, food service, or food sales who are looking to move into a customer service and sales-based office role while remaining connected to the food industry. The successful candidate will join a friendly and supportive team in a varied role combining customer service, order processing, telesales, and client relationship management. Key Responsibilities Handling inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently Processing customer orders accurately and within required timescales Building and maintaining strong relationships with catering and hospitality clients Contacting new, existing, and lapsed customers to promote food products and services Providing a high level of customer service and account support Creating engaging content and short promotional videos for WhatsApp and app-based customer communications Supporting social media activity to increase customer engagement and brand visibility Working closely with the wider sales team to support business
