We are looking for an experienced Security Coordinator to join the Facilities team at RSPB UKHQ in Sandy. The successful candidate will have strong people and communication skills as there will be a requirement to interact with external companies and members of the public when necessary. What''s the role about? To ensure effective site security to always minimise any associated security risks. Manage and monitor all security systems Oversee and liaise with the outside contracted security company. Escalating as appropriate any day-to-day concerns and provide resolution. Review security procedures annually and/or after any significant changes to the site. Being responsible for the daily lock up of site Monday to Friday. Liaising with the Reserve and security company as and when required (e.g. late openings, emergencies). Manage the ID card system.
