Think Accountancy and Finance is partnering with a global, innovative business to find an Accounts Assistant, with an Accounts Payable focus to join their Hemel team. This role will covers the full Purchase Ledger process, as well as playing a key part in the finance team, ensuring smooth operations. Key Responsibilities:Process accounts payable invoices and maintain purchase orders Monitor aged creditors and manage month-end payment runsPost bank payments, intercompany transactions, and employee expensesMaintain company credit cards and complete balance sheet reconciliationsProvide ad hoc support to wider team What We''re Looking For:MUST have 2-3 years'' experience in accounts payable / finance roleAAT qualifications are desirableStrong Excel Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environmentPositive, confident and proactive attitudeExcellent organisation and multi-tasking skillsTeam player with the ability to work independently and adapt to change Why?The company have a competitive salary and some fantastic benefits!
