This is a well-established manufacturing environment with a strong team culture, and you will be an important part of the production team helping to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and to a high quality standard. Duties of a WelderYou will be working as part of the Engineering / Manufacturing team and will be responsible for:- Carrying out welding duties to a high standard- Reading and working from engineering drawings- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment Skills and Experience of a WelderAs a Welder, you need to have experience with:- Previous welding experience- Working accurately to drawings and specifications It would be beneficial to the Welder role if you also had:- Good communication skills, both written and verbal English- Access to reliable transport (site accessible via car)- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong attention to detail- A reliable and flexible approach to work Shift Allowance (Night Shift)- Night shifts available on a 4 on / 4 off pattern- Premium rate of 1.3x after 22:00 PM- This equates to two hours of free
