Key ResponsibilitiesActing for buyers and sellers on freehold and leasehold sales and purchasesDrafting, reviewing, and amending contracts, deeds, reports, and client correspondenceConducting title reviews, raising and responding to enquiries, and managing searchesHandling exchange, completion, and post-completion matters, including Land Registry formalitiesAdvising on remortgages, mortgage redemptions, transfers of equity, and secured lendingAssisting with residential licences and new-build transactionsContributing to business development, marketing initiatives, and client relationship growt
