Your duties will include procuring and negotiating subcontract packages, placing orders within budget and specification, processing subcontractor payments, and attending site visits as required. You will work closely with the technical and construction teams to ensure tenders meet project requirements and will report directly to the Commercial Manager as part of a growing team.What You''ll Need to SucceedTo be successful in this role,You should have experience in residential construction, ideally with timber frame projects.
