About the role As the Senior digital insight analyst, you''ll lead on our digital analytics to ensure we have high quality, reliable insight that drives better user experience across all our digital products and improves our digital performance. You''ll take ownership of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM) , ensuring our tracking and reporting is accurate, insightful, and aligned with our broader data strategy. Working closely with internal teams and external agencies, you''ll embed robust tagging, maintain clear measurement standards and develop accessible dashboards that inform decision-making across the organisation. A key part of your role will be turning data into actionable insight. You''ll analyse user journeys, identify friction points from ecommerce tracking, run A/B tests, and identify opportunities for growth, your work will help us connect more meaningfully with
