As a Bar Manager you will have experience in managing at least one outlet, you will have a good understanding of cocktails, beers and spirits and wines.You will have experience managing a bar that operates within a restaurant, or that has an extensive food offering. You will be outgoing and flourish in services and guest-facing shifts. The successful candidate will be on the floor in the restaurant as well as behind the bar. Key roles will be arranging and managing training, constructing rotas, managing and reporting stock, and drinks development.The Successful Bar Manager will have:Prior experience as Bar Manager within a high volume and high-quality restaurant or bar.Passion for and an understanding to lead from the front, with high standards.A keenness for team development.Passion for beverages, food and hospitality, along with the eagerness to continually learn.The desire to develop your career within an ambitious and trend-setting restaurant group.Benefits and Culture
