You''ll oversee a portfolio of accounts and the client services team, driving delivery excellence, team development and growth. This is a pivotal role with real scope – ideal for someone who’s passionate about delivering outstanding experiences, loves building lasting relationships, and has a keen eye for opportunity.Responsibilities:Lead and expand key client relationships for internal communications and events, ensuring exceptional service deliveryOversee end-to-end project management, ensuring all work aligns with client briefs, timelines, and budgetsManage, mentor, and develop the client services team, maintaining high professional standardsProvide strategic consultancy to clients and internal stakeholders to drive impactful solutionsTake ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring account profitability across projectsIdentify and convert new business opportunities with both existing and prospective clientsDevelop, write, and present persuasive pitches and proposals to secure new businessCollaborate closely with in-house creative, strategy, development, and event production teams to deliver integrated solutionsAbout the Candidate:Minimum 6 years’ experience in internal communications, ideally agency-sideProven track record delivering live and virtual events end-to-endStrong background in client services, with experience in team leadership and mentoringDemonstrated ability to spot and convert new business opportunitiesCommercial confidence in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reportingSkilled communicator with a balance of creative flair and commercial acumenComfortable writing proposals, leading pitches, and being on-site at flagship eventsProfessional qualification (e.g. CIM, DMI) and experience across both internal comms and eventsReply is an Equal Opportunities Employer and committed to embracing diversity in the workplace.
