This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified solicitor to join the Legal Services Team and support the delivery of legal services within a busy public sector environment. The successful candidate will assist Band 7 and Band 8 solicitors with litigation relating to housing matters, provide support with property access proceedings and attend court when required. The role will involve working on matters concerning access to properties for inspections, primarily relating to oil, gas and solid fuel, while helping to ensure legal work is progressed efficiently and professionally. We are looking for a motivated and organised legal professional with strong attention to detail, good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. Key Responsibilities: Legal Services and Litigation Support Assist Band 7 and Band 8 solicitors with litigation concerning housing matters.
