As a Network and Security Engineer reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Operations, you''ll play a pivotal role in our ongoing digital transformation. You''ll help design, implement, and support the systems that power Telent''s ICT estate - working on cutting-edge technologies in a role that blends strategy, problem-solving, and hands-on expertise. This is a hybrid working role, with a requirement to be in our Warwick HQ 1-2 days per week, as well as ad-hoc travel on occasion. What You''ll Do: Lead network design and architecture for Telent''s Corporate Enterprise network - producing, reviewing, and maintaining technical documentation and network schematics. Implement and support advanced network and security solutions using Cisco technologies including Software-Defined Access (SDA) and SD-WAN. Strengthen our security posture through centralized authentication (ISE), Cisco Umbrella, and next-gen firewalls (FTD/ASA).
