As an Account Executive for our CRM product (our fastest-growing product line) you will be responsible for scaling CRM sales by providing expert-level industry, sales, and product knowledge to our customers - focusing on the value our CRM product delivers as part of our WorkOS platform.Come join our team so, together, we can impact how teams work across the globe!The Account Executive position is a quota-carrying role where you will own the full sales cycle for our CRM product within a PLG (sales-assisted) motion.Lead discovery and CRM-focused demos to align on business outcomes, while highlighting possibilities and best practicesDevelop a comprehensive understanding of monday.com’s solution and connect usage directly to customer ROIAct as a product owner in an agile environment, developing strategies and coordinating cross-functional support to develop and deliver the #1 CRM product in the marketStay up-to-date with industry trends to effectively position monday against alternatives, and continuously enhance our offering for scaleYour Experience and Skills
3+ years of full-cycle B2B SaaS sales experienceNative or Bi-lingual German language fluency2+ years of experience selling a dedicated CRM SaaS solutionFull Direct (New Business) sales cycle and Cross-Sale (Expansion) experience required.Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to execute. This is the start of a large scale build-outAbility to continuously expand product knowledge and stay up-to-date on industry trends to effectively position against competitorsDemonstrate a strong adherence to process, with a passion for process improvementStrong customer-facing and presentation skills with ability to establish credibility with executivesExperience negotiating and navigating contracts and legal discussionsAbility to build strong personal relationships, internally and externallyExcellent written and oral communication skillsTrack record of success being a self-starter, results-oriented, adaptable, and inquisitiveApply to this job
