THE ROLE

• Deliver 1:1 personalised learning to children and young people who can’t access mainstream education.
• Norfolk (including Norwich, Great Yarmouth & Thetford)
• English, Maths, Life Skills & tailored curriculum support
• Term-time only | Flexible scheduling available
• Travel required
• You’ll work in quiet community settings or alternative provision environments, building trusted relationships while supporting academic and emotional progress.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

• QTS / QTLS teachers seeking a more meaningful way to teach
• Tutors, HLTAs & experienced education professionals
• Strong UK curriculum knowledge
• Confident behaviour management & adaptability
• Patient, relationship-focused approach

MUST HAVE:

• Experience working with children or young people
• Minimum 2 days availability per week
• Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle (business insurance)
• Right to work in the UK

WHAT WE OFFER

• Employed roles: £30,000–£38,000 per year (term-time, 40 weeks)
• Self-employed roles: £15–£35 per hour
• Ongoing safeguarding-led support
