Warehouse Operative

AM2PM are recruiting for experienced Warehouse Operative roles for our client based in the Burton area. Our client is a leading international logistics partner, specialising in supply chain solutions for a variety of brands. 

Requirements of a Warehouse Operative: 

• Experience working in a warehouse environment (3 plus months) 

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills 

• Effective communication skills 

Details:

Hours of Work & Pay: 

• Standard day (7:00 to 17:30): £12.91/hr

• Evening shift (13:30 to midnight): £12.91 day rate until 19:00, then £14.17/hr

  • Overtime (over 40 hrs)
    Night: £16.59/hr

• Working days: Sunday to Friday
• Location: DE14

Role of a Warehouse Operative: 

• Accurately picking items using hand-held scanners 

• Securely pack & palletise items ready for dispatch to customers 

• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles manually 

• General housekeeping duties to maintain a clean working environment
