food and beverage and accommodationKey accountabilitiesAs Night Guest Service Assistant, you willMeet, greet and direct guests in the lobby area. Aid and assist guests throughout their stay in a friendly and professional mannerComplete daily guest services duties, including checking in, checking out, balancing revenue and ensuring guest information is kept up to date and is recordedWork closely with the housekeeping department in coordinating guest requests, assisting with lighter cleaning tasks and ensuring a sparkling and safe hotelWork closely with Page Common in coordinating guest orders, assisting with serving food and drink items and promoting a warm and friendly atmosphere in the lobbyTypically work 12-hour shifts (8pm
