We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Master Technician position at their authorised dealership in Corby, Northamptonshire.

• Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, with alternating Saturday mornings

Duties of a Master Technician:

• Perform complex diagnostics, servicing, and repairs adhering to manufacturer standards
• Diagnose and resolve advanced mechanical and electrical faults using manufacturer diagnostic equipment
• Support and mentor junior technicians within the workshop team
• Ensure all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards
• Keep abreast of manufacturer updates, technical bulletins, and repair procedures
• Provide technical support and guidance to the wider dealership team to ensure vehicle standards and customer satisfaction are maintained

Requirements of a Master Technician:

• Proven experience as a Master Technician within a franchised main dealer environment
• Manufacturer accreditation or equivalent qualification as a Master Technician
• Excellent diagnostic skills, with extensive mechanical and electrical knowledge
• Ability to diagnose and repair complex vehicle faults confidently
• Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance & Repair qualification or an equivalent qualification
• Full UK driving licence
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented approach
