Apprentice Electrician Salary: Starting on £7.55/hour + eligibility for weekly productivity bonus Location: Oxford Apprentices typically earn c. £300 per week in their first month increasing to c. £450 per week by the end of their first year and c. £510 per week by the end of their 3rd year. During this four-year apprenticeship you ll train to become a qualified electrician, with a focus on gaining the skills needed to wire new homes. You ll spend the majority of your time working on new housing sites in the local area. Whilst we always try our best to minimise travel distances and times, you could be expected to work on a site anywhere within a one-hour radius of the branch. One day a week will be dedicated to completing off-the-job training delivered through a mixture of remote learning (that you ll access from home) and practical training at one of our training centres.
