Your new companyA well-established and highly regarded property business is seeking an experienced HR Manager to take full ownership of the people function across multiple offices in Central London. Operating in a professional, customer-focused environment, the organisation offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and play a key role in supporting both employees and business operations.Your new roleAs HR Manager, you will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive HR service for a workforce of approximately 40 employees across several London locations. This is a standalone generalist HR position requiring someone who can confidently manage a broad range of responsibilities while working independently.Key duties will include:Overseeing day-to-day HR operations, maintaining HR systems and managing employee relations matters.Reviewing, updating and implementing HR policies and procedures in line with current UK employment legislation.Managing investigations, disciplinary processes, grievances and other employee relations cases, including preparing associated documentation.Supporting performance management processes, including probation reviews and extensions where required.Monitoring absence, sickness and lateness, providing advice and support to managers on attendance management.Managing annual leave records and employee lifecycle processes, including resignations and exit interviews.Ensuring accurate communication of payroll and pension-related ..... full job details .....
