Working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment, you will play a pivotal senior role supporting engineering teams with complex electrical, controls, and automation challenges across a large-scale facility.With over 1,000 assets, ongoing site upgrades, and continuous improvement projects including major new automation and systems development this role offers outstanding technical variety and influence. Reporting directly into senior engineering leadership, you will have the autonomy to drive improvements, deliver controls-based projects, and enhance the site''s overall automation capability.This position also includes structured professional development, with access to manufacturer-led training and Siemens PLC courses, providing genuine long-term progression and skills advancement. Key Requirements The successful Electrical Controls Engineer must have strong PLC experience (Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Mitsubishi or similar), including fault-finding and modifications.
