Direct message the job poster from US Law SupportWe are currently recruiting for a brand-new Legal PA position, to work in the London office of a highly regarded, expanding US law firm.This is a full-time, permanent position to support an allocation of Partners and Associates within the firms’ transactional practice groups.Responsibilities

Building effective working relationships with clients.Providing exceptional support in document preparation, including editing, proofreading, and redlining.Proactively managing inboxes and diaries.Provide meticulous support in arranging and coordinating logistics for meetings, including video/audio conferencing, room assignments, and catering requests.Inputting, reviewing, editing, and updating attorney time entries.Proactively managing monthly client billings by reviewing and editing prebills and liaising with the billing department.Submitting expense reports and vendor invoices.Establishing and maintaining paper and electronic files.Managing the client intake process.A competitive salary of up to £55,000 is on offer, plus benefits and hybrid working arrangements are in place (3:2).The firm offer a wonderful working culture, and the interview process will be 2-stages.Suitable applicants will have 3+ years of legal secretarial experience gained from a US/City law firm, with demonstrable client-service skills and a proactive mindset.Please do not delay in applying; applications are being welcomed now, for immediate review.Seniority level
