work for this excellent precision CNC manufacturing business supporting Aerospace, Defence and Motorsport. You''ll be joining a modern, clinical workshop with state-of-the-art machines and a quality-first culture.

What you''ll be doing:

• Set tooling for CNC milling machines using tool setting sheets
• Build tools in holders (cutters, drills, insert tooling, etc.)
• Break down tooling promptly at job completion
• Keep the tool setting area clean, tidy and organised
• Maintain tool holders so they''re clean and in good working order
• Self-manage workload to ensure tools reach machines on time
• Order tooling and consumables as required
• Maintain vices and other workshop equipment

What we''re looking for:

• Background in CNC milling / mechanical / assembly
• Good understanding of cutters, drills, insert tools, etc.
• Excellent timekeeping and strong attention to detail
