• Managing inbound telephone and email queries, prioritising each one carefully
• Recording and tracking all queries accurately in the ticketing system
• Keeping customers updated on progress until every query is resolved
• Diagnosing and resolving technical and non-technical issues
• Working closely with colleagues and implementation consultants to find the right solution
• Contributing to help guides and the knowledge base for end users

As a Customer Support Agent, your experience will include:

• Experience in a customer support environment
• Experience supporting finance software
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• An organised, methodical and conscientious approach
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team-focused attitude
• Confident use of MS Office, including Excel
