An experienced Fabric Engineer is required for a temporary facilities management assignment in Greater London. You''ll provide hands-on building fabric maintenance, completing planned and reactive tasks across the site.

This role suits a Fabric Engineer or multi-skilled maintenance operative with practical experience across PPMs, general repairs, painting, decorating and carpentry.

The Role
 
As the Fabric Engineer, you''ll:

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance across building fabric.
• Complete general repairs and day-to-day maintenance tasks.
• Undertake painting and decorating works as required.
• Carry out carpentry repairs and basic joinery works.
• Support the effective delivery of fabric maintenance across the site.

• Previous experience in a Fabric Engineer or similar maintenance role.
• Practical experience completing building fabric PPMs.
• Strong general repairs and maintenance capabilities.
• Experience carrying out painting and decorating works.
• Carpentry and basic joinery repair experience.

• £21–£23 per hour, paid via umbrella.
• Temporary contract.
