Candidates will have a good understanding of the complexities and barriers for UKME/GMH people within the diocese and the ability to reflect on these from a theological perspective.This is a key role in the life of the Diocese, and you will act as advocate for racial justice, develop and deliver training in parishes and church schools and recruit and equip deanery Racial Justice Advocates.
