Payroll ManagerLocation: Leicestershire Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Working Hours: Monday Friday, Office Based About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced and highly organised Payroll Manager to join our growing recruitment business and take responsibility for the accurate and timely processing of internal and external payroll. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who has strong payroll knowledge, excellent attention to detail and the confidence to manage the full payroll process from timesheet collection through to payroll submission, reporting and reconciliation.You will work closely with our recruitment teams to ensure workers are paid accurately and on time, invoices are raised correctly, payroll records are maintained and all relevant statutory requirements are met. The role will also involve supporting and developing an apprentice, so previous experience of managing, mentoring or training others would be highly advantageous. Key ResponsibilitiesPayroll Processing Process weekly timesheets and follow up with recruiters to ensure outstanding timesheets are submitted promptly.Calculate holiday entitlement and holiday payments.Create and complete payroll validation checks.Process weekly payroll, including adding new candidates, processing holidays and adjustments, and issuing payslips.Process payroll adjustments and corrections where required.Process deductions including DEA and AOE payments.Complete payroll ..... full job details .....
