Working closely with our Head of Accounts, you''ll help keep the day-to-day finances running smoothly-from processing invoices and reconciling statements to answering queries and supporting the wider Accounts Department. This isn''t a role where you''ll simply be left to enter figures all day. We''re looking for someone who enjoys taking ownership of their work, spotting when something doesn''t look quite right and helping to keep an important part of the business organised and on track. What you''ll be doing Processing supplier invoices and credit notes accurately Matching invoices against purchase orders and supporting documents Maintaining accurate and up-to-date purchase ledger records Reconciling supplier statements and investigating discrepancies Responding to supplier and internal payment queries Supporting payment preparation and account reconciliations Processing expenses and other financial documentation Keeping accounting records organised and easy to access Assisting the Head of Accounts with day-to-day financial administration Getting involved with wider ..... full job details .....
