We are looking for an Employment and Careers Advisor to support people across Blackpool who may face health, disability or other barriers to employment. You ll work one-to-one with individuals, helping them identify their strengths, explore career opportunities and take positive, practical steps towards securing sustainable employment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in employability, careers, recruitment or employment support.
