We are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, providing high-quality service and building lasting relationships with clients. Day-to-day of the role: Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases. Advise on transfers of equity, manage remortgages, equity release transactions, new build purchases, and Help to Buy matters. Draft and review contracts and supporting documentation. Carry out title investigations and report to clients. Liaise with lenders, estate agents, developers, and other solicitors to ensure smooth transactions. Ensure compliance with regulatory and lender requirements. Deliver exceptional client care throughout the transaction process. Support business development initiatives and maintain strong local connections within the Surrey property market. Required Skills and Qualifications: Ideally 2+ years'' PQE, with flexibility for the right candidate. Proven experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
