Marketing Administrator

We are looking for a Part time Marketing & Events Administrator,3 days a week, Wednesday – Friday to join our team!
What is your focus as a Marketing & Events Administrator?
You will support the execution of marketing and events activities across the business. Your responsibilities will include coordinating and administering campaigns, managing event logistics, and maintaining marketing systems and promotional materials.
This role is essential to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and timely delivery of communications and events.

What are your key responsibilities?
- Organise logistics for exhibitions, customer roadshows, and internal events, including venue arrangements, transport, catering, and accommodation.
- Coordinate invitations and attendee tracking for all events.
- Manage the Logistex User Group Conference, including speaker liaison and logistics.
- Arrange company presence at award ceremonies, hospitality functions, and partner events.
- Schedule and support customer site visits in conjunction with the wider team.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and time management.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Wix), social media tools, and Canva preferred.
- Comfortable coordinating multiple suppliers, venues, and stakeholders.
