The Quality Engineer will play a key role in driving root cause analysis, improving process effectiveness, and ensuring product conformity using quality tools and methodologies. Coordinate cross-functional teams to complete 8Ds, NPRs, and CRMAs on time. Review and process NCRs from supplier, customer, and internal sources. Define containment, disposition, and risk for non-conforming products. Raise and manage CRMAs/SRMAs to closure; validate corrective actions. Support internal audits to ISO 9001 / AS9120 / ISO 13485 standards. Apply Lean tools and support 5S implementation across operations. Maintain quality documentation, procedures, and process changes. Produce regular reports on NCRs, complaints, audits, and progress. Support FAIR creation and review. The person for Quality Engineer: Strong 8D and structured problem-solving knowledge.
