An established architectural practice with a strong reputation across the public and private sectors is looking to appoint a Senior Architectural Technologist to join its growing team in Greater Manchester.

The practice delivers a diverse range of projects across sectors including healthcare, education, residential, offering the opportunity to work on technically challenging schemes from concept through to completion.

As a Senior Architectural Technologist, you'll play a key role in the technical delivery and coordination of projects across all RIBA stages. Working closely with clients, consultants and contractors, you'll help ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards of design quality, compliance and buildability. 

• Lead the technical delivery and coordination of projects across all RIBA stages.
• Produce and oversee detailed technical information and project documentation.
• Manage project programmes, quality standards and team coordination.
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.
• Support tender submissions, contract documentation and project presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Building Regulations, the Building Safety Act and sustainable construction practices.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.

• CIAT membership or a willingness to work towards accreditation.
• Proven experience delivering projects through multiple RIBA stages.
• Strong technical detailing, specification and coordination skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience within healthcare, education, residential, blue light or related sectors would be advantageous.
• Strong organisational skills with a proactive and collaborative approach.
