A leading high-volume residential developer is looking for an experienced-Site Manager to oversee the delivery of multi-plot housing developments. This role is ideal for a construction professional with a strong background in housebuilding, timber frame, and traditional build methods, looking to join an established developer with a consistent pipeline of work.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day on-site operations for large-scale residential developments

• Lead site teams, subcontractors, and trades to maintain productivity and quality

• Drive project timelines and ensure build programmes are met

• Maintain strict health & safety compliance across the site

• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure NHBC standards are met

• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and customer service teams

• Deliver homes to a high standard and support the customer journey

Skills & Experience Required

• Strong experience as a-Site Manager-within-residential construction

• Proven track record on-high-volume housebuilding sites

• Hands-on experience with-timber frame-AND-traditional build

• Excellent leadership skills with strong communication and problem-solving abilities

• Ability to manage multiple phases on fast-paced developments

• Thorough knowledge of NHBC and building regulations
