We are currently looking a skilled and motivated Class 1 Driver to join our client in Carrington.General driving duties, trunkingStart times between 05.00-07.00 and 17.00-20.00Monday to Friday with weekend work available.Key Responsibilities: Safely operate Class 1 vehicles. Conduct depot deliveries and collections, ensuring timely and efficient service. Secure loads properly to prevent shifting or damage during transport. Carry out daily vehicle checks and report any issues promptly. Communicate effectively with dispatchers, clients, and other team members. Assist with loading and unloading of goods when necessary.Pay rates PAYE (inc. holiday pay): £17.37/h days £18.50/h nights £19.61/h Saturday £21.85/h Sunday Requirements: Valid Class 1 (C+E) driving license, CPC, Tacho card. Experience in general haulage and tramping. A clean driving record with no major endorsements.
