Security Manager
, to join our
Security Department
on a
permanent basis
, with an immediate start to consistently deliver memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences, where we care about careers and not just jobs.As a Security Manager, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:Direct and coordinate the activities of all security personnelEngage in the implementation of safety and security procedures for the department, and provide assistance/advice to other departments in relation to securityOrganise and conduct 3 monthly Night and GRM Fire training
ensuring all legally required content is included and recorded to hotel standardsCoordinate with government and law enforcement agencies as necessarySupporting hotel focus for Health and Safety awareness and compliance, conducting risk assessments
