Senior Commercial Manager

We are currently working with a market leading technology-based business looking to add into their growing commercial team. We are actively recruiting for a Senior Commercial Manager. The main objective within this role, to act as a commercial interface, managing key business to business relationships, clients, and suppliers. Providing commercial insights, supporting profitable growth whilst driving the businesses long term growth. Key Responsibilities:Managing the end-to-end process for new contracts and bids entering the businessRenegotiating and aligning terms accordinglyRenewing and exiting new and existing suppliers accordinglyIdentifying process improvements and driving efficienciesNegotiating, drafting, editing and approving contract documentationUndertaking CDD checks for new suppliersReviewing current processes, making recommendations where applicableEnsuring all contracts and documentation are accurate and commercially soundMitigating risk whilst reviewing contracts to identify gaps or issues and opportunityCollaborating closely with internal teams, including Sales, Procurement, and Operations Salary 42-50k DOE with excellent benefits and hybrid working
