MDE Group is looking for an Operations Coordinator to join our Bristol office and support the Operations Manager and Project Support Lead across the day-to-day operations of our recruitment business. This is an initial temporary opportunity, with the potential to become a permanent position depending on ongoing business requirements and performance. This is a varied role that goes beyond contractor onboarding. You will support operational and administrative processes across the full contractor lifecycle, from initial onboarding and compliance through to timesheets, contract changes, ongoing documentation and assignment completion.
