Our local authority client based in Essex are urgently seeking an experienced HR Support Administrator. 20 an hour PAYE Please note that this role will require you to be based on site full time initially, reducing once fully trained. Role Purpose: To provide professional, timely and accurate HR case management support to managers and employees, ensuring consistent application of HR policies, procedures and employment legislation. To ensure compliance with statutory requirements, council policies and good HR practice in the handling of HR cases and enquiries. To enable the effective delivery of HR services by resolving a wide range of employee relations and people-related cases, escalating more complex matters where appropriate. To support and develop effective HR processes, guidance and systems that enable selfservice and improve the customer experience. To ensure that HR enquiries and cases are managed efficiently, accurately and to agreed standards and timescales. The Experience You Will Bring: The successful candidate must have experience working within a local authority, district council, or borough council. Good understanding of Human Resources policies, procedures and practices within a case management environment. Working knowledge of employment legislation and regulations relevant to HR casework, with the ability to apply these in day-to-day activities.
