They pride themselves on delivering exceptional legal services to their clients and their conveyancing team is committed in all instances to offering peace of mind both during and after each transaction.The RoleTo provide high quality legal advice and support services to clients in the conveyancing process, advising on a wide range of matters from first-time purchases to high-value and portfolio transactions. This role is a hands-on position and will involve handling a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, and managing a small residential conveyancing department.Key Responsibilities:Manage residential conveyancing caseload from initial enquiry to post-completion.Ensuring all appropriate due diligence and money laundering checks are in place.Ensuring full compliance with CQS standards, SRA regulations and internal protocols.Draft and check all legal documents.Work with Land Registry documents and title deeds.Maintaining high levels of client care and satisfaction.Driving client relationship development and business growth through cross-referrals and collaboration
